Pt 1: Data Collection

In Fall 2025, Aubrey completed a comprehensive social media analytics project in Erin Duvall’s course, selecting an artist who released an album between January 1 and July 31, 2025. She tracked every album-related social post across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, documenting six weeks of content before the album release and four weeks after. For each post, she recorded metrics such as likes, comments, views, and calculated engagement rates. She also classified each post by surface, content type, format type, and whether it was syndicated across platforms. The project culminated in Aubrey developing and evaluating a targeted campaign strategy based on the artist’s posting patterns and cross-platform behavior.
